Who we are
A collective, because nobody recovers alone.
We are an outpatient team of licensed therapists, psychiatric providers, and case managers who believe treatment should meet you where you are — not where a program schedule wishes you were.
Whether you are beginning your journey or continuing care after detox, residential, or a relapse, we build a plan around your work, your family, and your health. Then we stay with you through it.
You are met, not measured
No lectures, no shaming, no one-size protocol. Your first conversation here is about your life, not your intake paperwork.
Clinically serious
Licensed clinicians using CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and medication-assisted treatment — the approaches with real evidence behind them.
Mental health included
Anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief are treated alongside substance use, because treating one without the other rarely holds.
Built around your week
Day and evening tracks so treatment fits work, school, and parenting instead of replacing them.
Levels of care
Programs that flex with your life
Two levels of outpatient care, one continuous team. You step down when you are ready — never to a stranger.

Learn moreHow it works
Four steps, starting with a phone call
No forms to decode, no waiting weeks for an answer. Here is exactly what happens after you reach out.
- 01
One honest call
A real person, usually within minutes. We listen first, then explain your options in plain language.
- 02
A clinical assessment
A licensed clinician learns your history, health, and goals, then recommends the right level of care.
- 03
Insurance verified
We check your benefits and tell you what treatment will actually cost before you commit.
- 04
You start, and we stay
Most clients begin within days. Aftercare and alumni support continue long after you step down.

Questions people ask
Straight answers before you commit
Do you take insurance?
We work with most major commercial insurance plans and will verify your benefits before you start, so there are no surprises. Call us and we can usually confirm coverage on the same day.
How quickly can I start?
Most clients complete an assessment and begin programming within a few days. If you are in crisis or coming out of detox, tell us on the call and we will move faster.
Can I keep working while in treatment?
Yes. IOP offers day and evening tracks specifically so you can keep your job, your classes, and your family routine.
What if I have anxiety, depression, or trauma too?
That is the norm, not the exception. Co-occurring mental health conditions are treated here in the same plan, by the same team.
Do you offer medication-assisted treatment?
Yes. We coordinate MAT including Suboxone, naltrexone, and other medications where clinically appropriate, alongside therapy.
Is what I share confidential?
Your care is protected under HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2. Nothing is shared with employers, family, or courts without your written consent.
Whatever brought you here, you are not too late.
Call and talk to someone who has heard it before and will not flinch. We will tell you what care makes sense, what it costs, and how soon you can start.
