Admissions
Getting started is simpler than it feels
Four steps, no paperwork marathon, and a real person on the phone from the very first minute.
The process
From first call to first day
01
One honest call
A real person, usually within minutes. We listen first, then explain your options in plain language.
02
A clinical assessment
A licensed clinician learns your history, health, and goals, then recommends the right level of care.
03
Insurance verified
We check your benefits and tell you what treatment will actually cost before you commit.
04
You start, and we stay
Most clients begin within days. Aftercare and alumni support continue long after you step down.
Day one
What to bring
None of this is a requirement to call. Bring what you have and we will handle the rest.
- Photo ID and insurance card
- A list of current medications and doses
- Names and numbers of current prescribers
- Any recent hospital or detox discharge paperwork
- Court or probation documentation, if applicable
- Water, a snack, and comfortable clothes
Common next questions
Will my job find out? Not from us. Your care is protected under HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2, and we only share what you put in writing.
What if I need detox first? Tell us on the call. We coordinate a safe medical detox referral and hold your spot for when you finish.
Can I call for someone else? Yes, and many people do. We will coach you on what to say and what to expect.
