About us

Care that treats you like a person first

We built The Ohio Recovery Collective because too many people were being handed a protocol instead of a relationship.

Our philosophy

Recovery is built, not prescribed

Addiction is not a failure of willpower, and mental illness is not a personality. Both are treatable conditions that respond to structure, skilled clinical care, and consistent human connection.

Our clinicians practice evidence-based care — CBT, DBT, trauma-informed therapy, and medication-assisted treatment — while refusing the coldness that sometimes comes with clinical language. You are asked about your life, not just your substance history.

We are outpatient by design. Recovery that happens inside your actual week, among the stressors and relationships you will keep living with, is recovery that survives discharge. So we work around your job, your kids, your classes, and your court dates.

And we stay. Alumni groups, aftercare planning, and open doors mean the relationship does not end the week your program does.

What guides us

Four commitments we hold to

You are met, not measured

No lectures, no shaming, no one-size protocol. Your first conversation here is about your life, not your intake paperwork.

Clinically serious

Licensed clinicians using CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and medication-assisted treatment — the approaches with real evidence behind them.

Mental health included

Anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief are treated alongside substance use, because treating one without the other rarely holds.

Built around your week

Day and evening tracks so treatment fits work, school, and parenting instead of replacing them.

Getting started

What the first week looks like

Clear, quick, and free of runaround. Most clients go from first call to first group within days.

  1. 01

    One honest call

A real person, usually within minutes. We listen first, then explain your options in plain language.

  2. 02

    A clinical assessment

A licensed clinician learns your history, health, and goals, then recommends the right level of care.

  3. 03

    Insurance verified

We check your benefits and tell you what treatment will actually cost before you commit.

  4. 04

    You start, and we stay

Most clients begin within days. Aftercare and alumni support continue long after you step down.

You can make one call today.

Admissions specialists answer directly, verify your insurance, and explain your options with zero pressure. Nothing is decided on this call except that you asked.
