Before you call
Common questions
Do you take insurance?
We work with most major commercial insurance plans and will verify your benefits before you start, so there are no surprises. Call us and we can usually confirm coverage on the same day.
How quickly can I start?
Most clients complete an assessment and begin programming within a few days. If you are in crisis or coming out of detox, tell us on the call and we will move faster.
Can I keep working while in treatment?
Yes. IOP offers day and evening tracks specifically so you can keep your job, your classes, and your family routine.
What if I have anxiety, depression, or trauma too?
That is the norm, not the exception. Co-occurring mental health conditions are treated here in the same plan, by the same team.
Do you offer medication-assisted treatment?
Yes. We coordinate MAT including Suboxone, naltrexone, and other medications where clinically appropriate, alongside therapy.
Is what I share confidential?
Your care is protected under HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2. Nothing is shared with employers, family, or courts without your written consent.
